CAN I WATCH A PERFORMANCE AFTERWARDS?

Always check the viewing times of any post-recordings on an event-by-event basis. As a general rule, events can be viewed for 7 days after the live broadcast. During this time, you can watch the show an unlimited number of times. Recordings and movies, for example, may be available at different times. See the product page for product-specific viewing time.

WHAT ARE THE DEVICE REQUIREMENTS?

You’ll need a computer or a mobile device and a working internet connection to watch a stream. The web browser we recommend is Crome. Remember that the speed of the connection can vary specially with wireless Wi-Fi connection and mobile data.

WHAT TO DO IF THE VIDEO DOESN’T WORK PROPERLY?

We recommend that you change the settings of the video player first. You can calculate the video quality from the sprocket in the lower right corner of the video window. This is important if you have an unstable internet connection or are watching over a mobile network. Also, check your internet speed. We recommend a wired network connection of at least 10 Mbps. Keep in mind that internet speeds can vary, especially over Wi-Fi or cellular networks. Also try refreshing (downloading) the watch page from your browser again (most browsers have an icon around it with an arrow at the end).

HOW DO I USE FULL SCREEN MODE?

Full screen mode is accessed by the rightmost button at the bottom of the video player, where the arrows point in four different directions. The bottom bar with its settings appears by hovering the mouse over the video screen. The chat screen only disappears when you set the video player to full screen mode. On some mobile devices, full-screen mode is also turned on when you double-tap or triple-tap the video player in the center of the video, or drag two fingers to zoom in (zoom out) in the center of the screen.

I CAN’T HEAR THE SOUND ON THE VIDEO. WHAT TO DO?

First you should check the volume settings of your device. The device might be muted. The video has its own volume settings as well and you can find the icon at the bottom right corner of your screen. The bottom bar appears when you move the mouse on top of the video screen. The colored bars show the volume level of the video.

I NEVER GOT THE ORDER CONFIRMATION

The order confirmation is sent to the email address you’ve provided immediately after a successful purchase. If you didn’t receive the email we advice you to first check your spam folder. If the order confirmation doesn’t arrive within two hours from the purchase and you can’t find it from you spam folder we recommend you to contact our costumer support tuki@hiphip.fi

HOW DO I FIND MY PERSONAL STREAMING CODE?

Your personal streaming code can be found on the order confirmation. The message also includes a link to go directly to the watch page. If the site asks for a stream code and your email address before accessing the watch page, you are already logged in to the watch page on another device. In this case, you must first log out of the viewing page on the other device. The log out button can be found on the watch page below the Player and chat windows. If you purchased the viewing rights for more than one show, the events are broken down into separate rows. Please note that the watch code is personal and cannot be shared with other users. NOTE! You cannot be logged in to more than one device at a time.

HOW DO I GET TO WATCH THE SHOW I PURCHASED?

After purchasing the desired presentation, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with a personal viewing code and a link to the viewing page. From the link in the message, you can go directly to the viewing page without logging in. If the site asks for a stream code and your email address before accessing the watch page, you are already logged in to the watch page on another device. In this case, you must first log out of the viewing page on the other device. The log out button can be found on the watch page below the Player and chat windows. If you purchased the viewing rights for more than one show, the events are broken down into separate rows. Please note that the watch code is personal and cannot be shared with other users. NOTE! You cannot be logged in to more than one device at a time. Click on the order confirmation link and follow the instructions provided. The show can begin! You can also create your own account on the HipHip site, where you can view the presentations you have purchased. However, creating an account is not required.
